INTRODUCTION

The Company, UniWorld Sourcing (Pvt) Ltd, was set up to supply and source products and services to world commercial enterprises, in markets mostly, but not exclusively, situated in North America and Europe. The Company has a worldwide, broad spectrum network of Consultants and Specialists, (from many disciplines, and countries of origin), to call upon, to provide their specific expertise, knowledge, and experience, in the supply of commodities, export/import, distribution, and marketing services, packaging and printing, etc, that can be tailored to meet the requirements of all Clients

UniWorld Sourcing (Pvt) Ltd will undertake as a Company strategy to develop, by mutual agreement, not only “premium/established brands” but also to develop for the benefit of both Clients and Suppliers the use of both “private label” and “Third Party” labeled products to increase market exposure/sales of any product. The Company further undertakes to make payments, due to Suppliers/ Processors, (as and when due), without undue delay, (subject to any “contract” conditions made with the Supplier/Processor). The Company also undertakes NOT to impose terms and conditions of either contract or payment, without prior negotiation/agreement with Suppliers/Processors.
